HongHua Partnership

• Honghua Offshore, located in Qidong, Jiangsu north of Shanghai, is one of the largest shipyards in China designed for the construction of offshore rigs and topsides. The facility is equipped with over one million square feet of covered fabrication facilities as well as the worlds largest crane (22,000 mt).

• Honghua Offshore through its subsidiary HK TankTek Ltd, together with China Aerospace and Braemar Technical Services, have developed the unique FSP platform-mounted storage technology (under license from General Dynamics).

Selected highlights Honghua Collaboration

• Honghua, in conjunction with EnTX GasTek Global Ltd. (EGT) has  committed to provide all the development capital for engineering  up to $30 million. Several studies have been completed by Wood  Group, GE and Braemar.
• TankTek Ltd (Honghua-EnTX-Braemar-JMMS) has invested over $30mm in the development of the FSP LNG storage technology.
• Honghua and its consortium partners, including China Offshore Engineering and Construction (a unit of CNOOC) have agreed to supply a complete LNG export facility  with six trains at a cost not to exceed $2.4B USD installed
